The South Carolina Department of Transportation (DOT) is responsible for helping maintain and develop our state’s transportation systems and infrastructure.
Any person, company agency, or other entity engaging in activity for which it is determined to have potential for damaging county roads and right-of-way shall be required to obtain a liability permit prior to engaging in said activity within the public right-of-way.
