Judge Queen has served as Cherokee County Probate Judge since 2004.
From early on, Judge Queen knew he wanted a career centered on solving complex problems and helping others. Combining degrees in financial management and law, he is dedicated to guiding families through the probate process with clarity and empathy. Judge Queen is also deeply committed to upholding fairness in the legal system and making a positive impact in his community.
Judge Queen is an active member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Association of Probate Judges. Judge Queen is also assigned as a Mental Health Court Judge for the 7th Judicial Circuit and has previously served as a Drug Court Judge. He is regularly featured as a presenter and lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars and at local community events.
