Traffic Calming Form

-If this request meets the minimum requirements to conduct a traffic calming study and road safety audit, an associated petition must be signed by 75% of the neighborhood prior to commencement of the traffic calming study.
-Once the study is concluded, any safety countermeasures/traffic calming devices suggested from the results of the study must have 100% approval from all adjacent property owners from the location of the recommended traffic calming device prior to implementation.
-Cherokee County will conduct 5 total traffic calming studies per fiscal year (July 1-June 30.)
-A response will be provided to each request within 30 business days.
