If you are a new Cherokee County resident or you have moved to a new residence within Cherokee County and there is currently no roll cart at your residence, please complete this form.
Residents who would like to purchase an extra roll cart should contact the Treasurer’s Office at 864-487-2551 and subsequently complete the ADDITIONAL ROLL CART REQUEST FORM.
Effective July 1, 2026, new properties or properties that do not have a roll cart at the time of resident move-in will obtain their first roll cart at no cost. Any additional carts (up to three total to include the initial cart) will require a one-time fee of $100.00 to be paid through the Treasurer’s Office prior to requesting the roll cart.
